I am in the process of change. So bear with me.
Often, when new competitors enter the market, an existing product is forced to change it order to keep its unique factor which differentiates it from others.
Blogs are similar to this concept. Except, other blogs are not competitors, but rather part of the same blog team.

I think that we ARE competitors and it is an extremely brutal world of blogging out there. And this competitivness made you change Jimbob.
The new layout is cool though. In more ways than one. Like i imagine if i was in Antarctica and there was Blog in front of me it would like yours.
